Here is how you make Baked Falafels:

Preheat oven to 400. Mash drained chickpeas well, reserving water. Add remaining ingredients other than the olive oil. Shape into 6 or 7 patties let rest for 5 minutes.Heat large skillet over med high heat with the olive oil. Brown patties on both sides. Do not turn too much as the patties will break up. Once browned, place skillet in the oven at 400 for 10 minutes.
