Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder and oregano on a plate. Combine. Slice eggplant length wise (about 7 slices per eggplant). Wet slices with water and dredge into the breadcrumbs. Make a layer of eggplant in a baking dish. Put half of the marinara sauce on eggplant, then put 1 cup cheese on top. Make another layer of eggplant. Place rest of marinara sauce on top, and then rest of cheese.
