Combine: eggs, milk, brown sugar & spices. Pour into shallow dish, soak bread in mixture for 5 min, turn and cover and place in fridge overnight.The next morning preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place bread slices on a lined or silpat covered cookie sheet. Sprinkle a little more cinnamon on top of each slice, if you desire.
