15 oz low fat ricotta
8 oz part skim mozzarella shredded
2 tbsp parmesan
3.5 cups spaghetti sauce
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp garlic powder
red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper to taste

Here is how you make Baked "Lasagna" Penne:

Boil pasta & drain as usual.Mix ricotta, egg whites, seasonings with 4 oz of the mozzarella. After draining the pasta, mix it in this cheese mixture until coated.Preheat oven to 450.Use olive oil sprayer to mist a 13x9 glass baking dish. Spread 1 cup sauce on the bottom of the dish. Spread 1/2 the pasta mixture on top of the sauce. Spread 1 cup sauce on the pasta. Spread rest of pasta on the sauce, then top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle parmesan and remaining 4 oz of mozzarella on top. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake additional 10 minute.Allow to stand for 2-3 minutes, then cut into 8 pieces.
