Place shells, cut side down on baking tray, lightly sprayed with oil & seasoned.Bake for 10 mins.Chop aubergine flesh and dry fry with onion, garlic and Quorn til browned. Add chilli , tomatoes & mushrooms and cook until soft. Remove aubergine shells from oven and fill with mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
