Chop squash, boil in 4 cups water until soft (about 20 minutes), drain.In large bowl add bread crumbs and all the spices. Stir to mix well. Stir in Parmesan cheese. in a small bowl crack egg and add milk. Beat until egg is incorporated into the milk. put cooked squash in bowl with spices and mix, add milk/egg mixture. Stir until well blended. spray an 8"X 8" pan with cooking sprayPour in to a prepared oven proof casserole pan with a lid. Spread Mozzarella cheese over top.
