Here is how you make Sneaky Baked Ziti:

Preheat oven to 375. Cook pasta until slightly firm. Drain and place in sprayed 13x9 dish. Mix tofu, sauce and purees in a bowl. Toss pasta with the sauce mixture and 1 cup of the mozzarella. Sprinkle the top of the pasta with 1 cup mozzarella and the parmesan cheese. Cover ziti with foil. Bake 30 minutes.
