Makes about 4 servings Preheat oven at 350degreesCover pan with a light layer of tomatoe puree sauceZig-zag the pan with breadcrumbWith 1 tablesppoon of vegetable or corn oil follow the breadcrumb making sure ur entire pan is lightly covered with oil and breadcrumbDrop 1 teaspoon of Promise butter on each side of the Pan Slice Zucchini Length-Wiseeach large zucchini makes about 5 long slicescover entire pan with zucchini slicessprinkle some more breadcrumb ontop of the zucchini you have in the pandash a pinch of salt and parsley all overtake the Grated Mozzerella and sprinkle some ontop, covering the zucchiniRepeat slicing another zucchiniPlace the slices ontop of the ones you have already, making a second layerAdd 1 tablespoon of oil over ur second layerDrop 1 tablespoon of Promise on both sides of panUse about 5 tablespoons of the tomatoe sauce, cover the zucchini, making sure enough sauce covers each zucchini, but dont flood the pan with sauceAdd more breadcrumbSprinkle some lil bit salt & dried parsleyIf you have more zucchini, place another layer on the two layers you have...if not, sprinkle some more mozzerella over ur Pan full of Zucchini, place a zigzag of oil, add more sauce, sprinkle the whole pan with breadcrumb, dash some paprika on it all, drop a teaspoon of Promise butter on each end and a lil bit in the center of your panSprinkle 4 tablespoons of water over your entire pan, about 7 tablespoons for 3 layers of zucchiniCover with aluminum foilBake at 375 degrees for 25 minutesafter 25 mins, remove foilplace back in oven uncovered for about 10 minutes OR until edges of zucchini in pan are crispy brownLet cool Serve and Enjoy!
