Beans, black, 2 cup
Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped
Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
Egg, fresh, 4 large
Liquid Stevia, 4 serving
Banana, fresh, 3 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 6 tbsp

Here is how you make Even Healthier Black Bean Banana Brownies:

Melt Chocolate in 1/4 Cup Safflower oil. Add vanilla and liquid stevia to chocolate mix, stir well. Stir chocolate as it melts to prevent it from scorching. In a separate bowl, beat 3 eggs and 3 very ripe banana's. Add 6 Tablespoons of milled flax seed to banana mix. In a food processor, process black beans and 3/4 cup of walnuts. The bean walnut mix should be processed into a paste. Combine the bean mix, banana mix, and chocolate mix together. Mix well. In a separate bowl whip the 4th egg into a light froth. Use a tablespoon of safflower oil to coat the bottom of a cake pan. Fill pan with brownie mix. Take the frothy egg and pour on top of the brownie mix, using a butter knife, careful not to touch the bottom of the pan, and swirl the egg into the brownie mix to create a marble affect. Take the remaining 1/4 cup of walnuts and sprinkle on top of the swirled brownie mix. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 35 minutes. Let completely cool to the "COLD" stage before cutting.
