Here is how you make Black Bean and Egg White Breakfast Burritos:

Heat olive oil in small sauce pan, add onions and pepperoncini and lightly saute'. While onions are sauteing add egg whites to medium saucepan and begin to cook on medium heat. Add black beans and corn to the onions and blend together. Let cook for approx. 6 minutes until egg whites are done, sprinkle with pepper to taste. Spoon Black bean sauce into a flour tortilla and top with approx 3 egg whites, garnish with a tbsp of cheese and salsa, squeeze 1/2 a lime to top. Enjoy!!
