Here is how you make My Sneaky Chef Black Bean Burger:

Puree 1/3 cup black beans with bread crumbs, & white puree.Mix Puree with remaining black beans, garlic salt, & scallions.Form into two patties and cook on fry pan or electric grill.White Puree:2C cut cauliflower2 small/medium zucchini, peeled, cut, & roughly chopped1 tsp lemon juice3-4T water, if neededCook cauliflower in steamer or microwave until very tender. Pulse raw zucchini & lemon juice in food processor. Drain cauliflower and add to zucchini/lemon mix in processor with 1-2 T water. Puree entire mixture, scraping sied and adding remaining water if needed.
