Here is how you make Healthy Black Bean Oat Burgers:

Combine all ingredients into a food processor and lightly chopped but still chunky or use a potato masher and mash by hand. Let mixture sit about 10 minutes. Lightly spray a non-stick pan with canola spray and place a large spoon fulls of mixture onto hot pan. Mash down into form of patty with spoon. Let cook on Medium for about 5 minutes and carefully flip patties to cook an additional 3 to 4 minutes. Can be kept in freezer and re-heated. Makes 8 single serving burgers.
