Stir in the spices and cook unil the onions are sofr a coulple of minutes. Add the mushrooms, carrots, chiles and orange juice. Lower the heat to meduim and cook until tender stirring occassionally for about 8 minutes. While this cooks, bake the corn tortillas on a sheet, cool them and grind them. Once cooled, add the ground tortilla chips, beans and egg in a large bown and mash well ( I use a food processor). When the vegetables are tender, pour in the TVP int the sauteeing mixture. Take off the heat and let stand for a few minutes. Combine both sets of ingredients and form into 1/2 cup patties. Bake on a lightly oiled baking sheet for 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
