Set the oven to 160 degrees celsius.Chop the onion, leek, carrot and garlic and place in an ovenproof casserole dish with a lid. Drain and add the mixed beans, add all other ingredients. Add hot water to just cover the beans, put the lid on and shove it in the oven.
