Saute onions in oil about 8 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes, corn, black beans, lime juice, salt and pepper. Saute another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, blanch the greens in boiling water to cover for 1-3 minutes until wilted but still bright green. Drain and set aside. Prepare an 8x8 casserole dish or baking pan with a light coating of oil or cooking spray. Spread half of the crushed tortilla chips on the bottom. Spoon sauteed vegetables over the chips and sprinkle about 2/3 of the cheese. Next, add the greens and top with half the salsa. Finish with the rest of the chips, the remaining salsa and the rest of the cheese.
