1. Prepare Refried Black beans and keep warm in sauce pan.2. Prepare Lettuce and tomatoes and any additional toppings you may wish to add to this recipe ie avacados.3. In hot oil,fry corn tortilla and turn.4. Remove when crisp and place on butcher paper or paper towel to cool slightly.5.
