1/2 to 3/4 cup homemade salsa
1 cup canned white beans, rinsed and drained
1 oz finely grated parmesan cheese

Here is how you make Pasta Bean Bake:

Cook pasta; saute onion, pepper, garlic in a skillet until soft; stir together tomato and salsa, then add to the veggies to make the sauce. Drain and rinse the beans. Drain pasta, pour it and the beans into the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce. Pour into a 1 quart baker, top with parmesan and bake at 425 for 10 to 15 minutes.
