While the vegetables are steaming, mince and crush the fresh garlic, then lightly brown in 1 tbsp olive oil in skillet .3. Open, drain and rinse the can of white beans and the can of garbanzos, mixing them together. Add them to the garlic in the skillet, and mash them with a wooden spoon as you mix them and heat them. Keep the flame low and add in the oregano as you mash.4. Gently line the bottom of a pie plate with 3/4 of the bean mix, making a thin crust.5. Add the ricotta cheese for the next layer, then the steamed broccoli and cauliflower for the net layer.6. Use the remaining 1/4 of the bean mix to create the top layer. This will be a smaller circle in the center, leaving a ring of the cauliflower/broccoli showing along the edges.7. Bake for 10 minutes.8. Slice the mozzarella and drain your black olives so they'll be ready when the 10 minutes is up. You will use these to create a flower effect. 9. Arrange the mozzarella like flower petals on the top of the pie. Place 1 black olive between each petal along the edge of the pie, and place the rest in the center. 10. Bake 10 more minutes.11. Slice the pie and place on indiidual plate. Serve with sauce or dressing to taste (I used Ragu Light Basil & Tomato).
