400 deg. ovencut stems completely off the portabllo caps, & place caps on an oiled baking sheet. Combine ricotta & black beans. Spread this mixture inside the caps. Do not overfill (will shrink slightly). add 1T bruschetta sauce on top of the filling and top each cap with mozzarella. Bake 12-14. do not overcook. May have leftover filling.
