Preheat oven to 375 degrees.2. Heat oil in pan. Add onion. Cook until translucent. Add garlic. Cook 1 more minutes. Add carrot, celery and sundried tomatoes. Cook until veggies tender then let cool.3. Add wheat germ, sunflower seeds, and rolled oats to food processor. Process until small chunks form.4. Add lima beans, cooled veggies, flax seed/water mixture, coriander, basil and salt and pepper to food processor. Process until a thick paste forms.5. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet.
