Add mushrooms and cook until most of moisture is gone and mushrooms are browned. Add garlic, carrots, and celery. Brown slightly. Add bulgar wheat and cook 3-5 minutes. Add orange juice, broth, black beans, and raisins. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and cover. Cook 15-20 minutes until most of liquid is absorbed. Add remaining ingredients except almonds. Cook until all liquid is absorbed.
