When boiling, slowly stream in the polenta while whisking. Lower heat and keep stirring until thick. Season with salt and pepper (adding bouillon or replacing some water with soy milk here will add flavor or creaminess if you want.)2) Heat a large pan. Add onions and let cook 5 minutes. Steam saute or add a little oil (recipe is calculated without oil)3) Add in swiss chard. Add salt and pepper to taste.
