Preheat broiler. Place polenta slices in pan, spray with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper. Broiler for 7-8 minutes, or until warm and slightly crisp.Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and tomatoes.
