You'll need a blender. Put frozen berries in first. Add water to cover the berries one inch above. Add whey protein. Turn on blender. You'll need to scrape the sides of the blender to get whey protein fully mixed in. You also may need to add a little more water, just enough to mix. With the blender still running, add the 2Tablespoons of flax oil. Let the mixture run for one minute longer. This will make the shake very creamy looking.This shake makes 4 cups.
