On high heat, bring quinoa mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to just above low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed (watch your pot so it doesn't boil over!). Remove from heat and let it stand covered 5 minutes. Stir in blueberries and cinnamon. Transfer to bowl and top with toasted pecans. (I toasted mine in a 350 degree oven for about 5 minutes while the quinoa finished cooking.)
