Here is how you make Apple-Blueberry Bread Pudding:

Heat oven to 350. Spray a 13 x 9 inch pan with the oil. Break the bread into small pieces and place them in the pan. Clean and rinse the blueberries then spread them over the bread pieces. Pare and chop the apples, then place them over the blueberries. Combine the egg whites, soy milk, lemon juice and seasonings in a medium bowl and mix well. Pour evenly over the fruit and bread. Bake for 55 mins.
