Great Value peach pineapple chipotle How Do I Make Gloria's Messy Breakfast Burritos?Here is how you make Gloria's Messy Breakfast Burritos: Put a little bit of spray oil or olive oil in the skillet, let it get hot, then add the diced tomato wedge (you can take the pulp out first if you want) & diced green pepper. Cook for a minute or 2. While the veggies are cooking, crack your eggs into a bowl & scramble them (I like to put a splash of cold water or cold milk in them) along with the cheese & seasonings. Then pour the scrambled egg mixture onto the cooked veggies & scramble until done. While your eggs are cooking, warm your tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds & fix your sauce by mixing the mayonnaise & chipotle together. To assemble, you can either spread part of the sauce on your tortillas & put the rest of it in your egg mixture or put all of it on your tortillas or in your egg mixture. I do both. I spread a little bit of it on my tortillas & use the rest of it to bind my egg mixture together. Then, put your egg mixture down the middle of the tortilla, fold over & eat!
