1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 large egg
1 t vanilla
1 cup old fashioned or quick cooking oats
1 cup uncooked oat bran
1/2 cup nonfat powdered milk

Here is how you make Breakfast Bars:

Line a 9x13 baking pan with foil. Spray lightly with cooking spray and set aside. Beat first 3 ingredients together with an electric mixer until well blended. Beat in next 3 ingredients. By hand, stir in the last 3 ingredients until well mixed. It will be thick. Press evenly into prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 m inutes, until edges are very lightly browned and top looks dry.
