Here is how you make Breakfast Egg cups:

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the eggs, egg whites, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Pour evenly into 9 of the muffin cups. Sprinkle cheese and spinach evenly into each of the cups and mix in with a knife. Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until egg muffins are set. Use a toothpick to check if they are done (just like you would with a cupcake).
