Combine remaining dry ingredients, except dried fruits, into large mixing bowl. While whisking dry ingredients, slowly pour liquid mix on top of oats and mix until everything is coated.Spread mixture onto greased cookie sheet (or use parchment paper). Bake for 20-30 minutes, mixing oats every 10 minutes. Oats are done when they are a golden brown. Do not burn!Let cool to room temperature (about an hour) then add dried fruits.
