Here is how you make Breakfast Pita:

Heat oil in large skilletAdd onions and cook until the start to look clear.Add your favorite seasoning... garlic, pepper, basil etc... and a pinch of salt if you like.add all chopped veggies and cook until potatos and squash are soft. About 10 minutes.
