Here is how you make Breakfast Quinoa Bars:

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8" square baking dish with nonstick spray.Rinse quinoa with cold water then place in a pot. Add 2 cups water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until cooked. Set aside.In a blender, blend almond milk, dates, flax seed, applesauce, cocoa powder, and salt. Pour into a bowl and stir in cooked quinoa, vanilla extract, and 1/2 cup of hazelnut meal.Spread mixture in pan and sprinkle remaining hazelnut meal on top.
