Here is how you make Karen's Breakfast Quinoa:

Rinse the quinoa in cold water and strain. Combine the water and milk in a small saucepan. Add the quinoa and the cinnamon, stirring to mix. Bring up to a boil, stirring, then lower heat to a simmer, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until almost all of the liquid has been absorbed. Turn off the heat and let stand 5 minutes. Add the vanilla and stir. Fluff the quinoa with a fork.To serve, place 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries in a bowl. Top with 1/2 cup of quinoa.
