(Might take a little while if you do it by had, unless you melt the butter - make sure the clumps of butter are no larger than about half a pea.)Mix flour, flaxseed, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and salt together in a second bowl. Add dry mixture to wet mixture and mix. Then fold in oatmeal, raisins, craisins, and walnuts.Spray a 9" by 13" cake pan with PAM or similar. Put mix in to cake pan and smooth the top - mixture will be slightly lumpy. Cook in oven for about 30 minutes, or until toasted on top and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.Variations:-If you like cooking with splenda, you could substitute splenda for the sugar. It would cut out about 80 calories per serving.-The butter and eggs could be replaced by vegan substitutes, like Ener-G and a vegetable spread, to make the recipe vegan.-Try a decadent variation by increasing the sugar slightly and adding cocoa powder - I'll try this one next time and give more details next time!Number of Servings: 10Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user TEMPESTE.What's The Nutritional Info For Healthy Breakfast Bars? The nutritional information for Healthy Breakfast Bars is:
