Here is how you make Scrambled Tofu Breakfast and Blueberries:

Mash tofu with soy sauce in a bowl until mixed. Heat oil over medium high heat. Saute onion until translucent. Add red pepper and saute for 1 more minute. Add tofu mixture. Let mixture sizzle , stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes until liquid is separated from tofu. Drain liquid from the pan and cook for another 2 minutes. Drain any excess liquid.
