Turn heat on medium/medium-high. 2) When pan is hot, add onion and garlic. 3) After a minute or so, add the cubed tofu. Saute for a 3-4 minutes until onions and tofu stick a little to the pan. 4) Add spices (turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne). After another minute or so, add broccoli, ginger, mint, and basil. 5)Saute 1-2 minutes until bright green. If pan is nice and hot, add a tiny bit of water to pan, cover, and turn the heat off. After another minute or two you can move to a cool burner and then add the halved cherry tomatoes and sauerkraut. Enjoy!
