Here is how you make Quorn fajita Strips with Morroccan Couscous and Broccoli:

Cook the broccoli in a steamer.Meanwhile, chop up onion and mushrooms and place in a small frying pan. 'Fry' on a low heat in water, stirring frequently and adding more water as necessary to prevent drying out.Boil the kettle and make up the couscous as per packet instructions. After 5 minutes, add the quorn strips, along with the cherry tomatoes, to the mushroom and onion mix, and continue to 'fry' for a further 2-3 m. Add the spinach leaves to the frying pan and some coriander.Serve up the broccoli and couscous and mix all together with the frying pan contents.
