Here is how you make Spicy Broccoli Frittata:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a preheated non stick skillet on high heat place Canola Oil. Immediately add onions and caramelize (reduce heat slightly). Add broccoli, cook 2 minutes and then add red pepper flakes. Remove from heat. Meanwhile, add eggs and egg whites and beat until frothy. Add salt and pepper to eggs.
