Blend walnuts and 1 cup water until smooth. Add and blend, 1 c water and seasonings.Pour mixture into a 2 quart saucepand and add the remaining 2 1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil. Stir in bulgar wheat, return to a boil, lower heat and cook for 15 mins.Cool mixture. Spread on a bakings sheet. Bake at 200 degrees, stirring every hour, for 2-3 hours, or until dry and crumbly.Store in refrigerator in an air-tight container. To rehydrate: place equal amounts of water and crumbles in a pan.
