Makes 6 servicngs. Time does not include cooking grain.Preheat the oven to 400?F.Cook Gimme Lean, garlic, and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes or until browned. Drain. Stir in rice, pepper, half of the soup, water (and raisins).Place coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage in an ungreased 2-quart casserole. Pour juice from tomatoes plus about half the tomatoes over cabbage and stir in. Spoon beef mixture over coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage. Sprinkle reserved tomatoes.
