Here is how you make Lightened Up Cheesy Sausage Breakfast Casserole:

1. In large bowl beat together egg substitute, cottage cheese, milk, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. 2. Squeeze excess moisture out of spinach. Stir spinach, shredded cheese, patties and onions into egg mixture. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. 3. Bake at 325 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. 4. Cut into squares to serve. Serves 8Helpful Hint: Be sure to thoroughly drain the spinach before adding it to the casserole.
