Add eggs to bowl and beat with a splash or 2 of water. Add salt & pepper to eggs. Break up frozen has browns with spatula as they cook and when they are pretty well separated, pour eggs evenly over hashbrown mixture and sprinkle dried rosemary on top. Place in oven and bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until firm in center. YUM!
