100g Cheese of your choice, grated ( I use Mainlands Vegetarian Edam 25% fat free)
1 cup Portobella Mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cup Slivered Almonds (raw)

Here is how you make Broccoli Almond Casserole:

Pre-stream broccoli for about 5 minutes. Saute onions and garlic in butter. Add soup, 3/4 of your grated cheese and mushrooms to sauteed onion mixture. Put broccoli into a greased casserole dish and pour sauce over it. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese over this and then sprinkle the slivered almonds on top. Bake at 350 degF (or 175 C) for 30-40 minutes (or until almonds and cheese are slightly toasted brown).Enjoy!Makes 6-8 servings, depending on how hungry you are!
