Here is how you make Lazy Enchiladas (casserole style dish):

Preheat oven to 350 F.Peel and de-vein shrimp, chop cilantro, drain beans and corn, juice lime, and shred and combine cheeses, if necessary.In a medium sauce pan, over med-low heat, combine shrimp, cilantro, corn, and lime juice. Heat while stirring for 3-4 minutes, then add 2 cups of green sauce. Set aside. (Chop shrimp into bite-size pieces, if desired.) This is the "hot mixture."Combine refried beans and black beans in a medium bowl. Heat it in the microwave (approximately 45 seconds) just until it is easy to stir and mix together.In a 9"x13" baking dish, spread 1 cup of green sauce, to cover bottom and line the dish with 8 tortillas. Spread the beans carefully over the tortillas and cover with 1 cup green sauce.Cover with 6 tortillas and then add the hot mixture and cover with remaining tortillas.Cover final layer with remaining 2 cups of green sauce and sprinkle with cheeses. Cover with foil and bake until heated through, approximately 15-20 minutes. Bake 5 minutes uncovered to melt cheese.Cut into squares and serve as is or with cilantro and a lime wedge to garnish.It's also good with sour cream , if you want to splurge. Enjoy!PS-You can use any green sauce recipe you enjoy, or just make your own. With some undrained green chilies, diced onion, extra cilantro, and even some sour cream you can make it yourself.
