Here is how you make cheddar pasta egg casserole:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Saute pepper and onion blend in 2 tbs of veg oil until soft and no longer frozen. Set the peppers, onions and pasta off to the side. In a large mixing bowl scramble eggs and milk with salt and black pepper to taste. Make sure the peppers, onions, and pasta are cool to the touch then add them to the egg mixture with 1 cup of cheese and mix well. Spray a 2 quart baking dish with cooking oil spray then pour all ingredients in the dish and bake. Bake at 400 until solid in the middle. Remove from oven and spread the remaining cheese over the top.
