1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.2. Prepare quinoa according to instructions. Once the quinoa is cooked, add about 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup salsa. Cook until cheese is mostly melted, about 5 minutes. 3. Press quinoa mixture into a glass pie dish. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, until the quinoa begins to brown on top. DO NOT TURN OFF OVEN.4. Top quinoa crust with remaining salsa, and then cheese. Bake another 15-20 minutes, until cheese is lightly browned and bubbling.
