Here is how you make yellow squash casserole:

Slice all veggies. Melt the margarine in a skillet and saute the veggies a few minutes. Crush the crackers and mix with parmesan. Whip the eggs, add milk to them. When I made this, I used 3 slices turkey bacon just in order to use it up. Mix the sauteed veg with the bacon, if used, and 1/2 the cracker mixture in a casserole dish. Pour egg mixture over it.
