16 oz. cooked cannellini beans
1 cup shelled peas
5 cups vegetable broth, separated
1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 cup non dairy Portobello mushroom broth, or additional vegetable broth
salt & pepper to taste
1 cup panko bread crumbs.

Here is how you make Creamy Noodle Casserole (Vegan):

Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta until just underdone. Drain, return to pot, and set aside.In a large skillet, medium heat, saute the onions, carrots, and celery in water. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, approx. 5 minutes. Stir in green beans, cannellini beans, and peas. Cook for another 4-5 minutes.Combine the begetables and pasta and spread in a deep 9 x 13 casserole dish (I used 11x14).In a medium sauce pan, medium heat, add 1/2 cup vegetable broth and quickly whisk in the flour. Slowly whisk in remaining broth (4.5 cups). Add the parsley, thyme, paprika, and mushroom broth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook, stirring until thickened.Pour sauce over noodle-vegetable mixture, and bake, covered, for 30 minutes.Remove the casserole from the oven, uncover, and sprinkle panko evenly over the top. return to oven, uncovered, for 10 minutes, until the panko is nicely brown.
