1) Cook pasta (I would use elbow macaroni but was unable to find on search) Once cooked at Al Dente do #22) Get all vegtables into a skillet and fry up to warm on medium-high heat. This is to warm the leftovers, not cook!3) Take half of the pasta and put on bottom of casserole dish. Take half the vegtables and place on top of the pasta, adding 1/2 cup of cheese on the vegtable layer. Repeat once more and spread rest of cheese on top.4) Put in oven at 350 degrees until cheese is melted5) Enjoy!This recipe serves 4. Divide the whole dish into four.
