1 cup grated feta cheese (5 oz.)
1 cup ricotta cheese (original recipe calls for cottage cheese)
3/4 to 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup grated cheddar cheese (3 oz.)
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
